Returns: You can return a new caddie within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees never apply to faulty products, which are covered by our Two-Year Limited Warranty. Caddies customized to your specification can't be returned unless faulty.

multiple returns with no fixes

I purchased the Q along with all the accessories as it was quite expensive. It has been shipped back twice but the same problems keep occurring. The main problems is the unit loses its bluetooth signal every 10-30 seconds. There is no pattern as I am standing next to it and all the batteries are fully charged. It resets itself but the reboot takes 5-10 seconds. It happened today and I left the machine on the course at hole 6 and picked it up later.

The concept is terrific but the execution is awful as it simply does not work. It is also alarming that is has been sent back multiple times with the same problem but never fixed. I even sent videos of the experience but the cursory review but the company said nothing is wrong. I will be throwing out this $3,000 experiment. What a shame!

When the trolley was most recently returned to us, our engineers carried out an extensive 20–30 minute test but were unable to replicate the signal loss or rebooting issue. They did identify that the weight and balance of the golf bag may have been contributing to the behaviour you experienced. We haven’t heard from you since the trolley was returned, but if you are still experiencing the issue, please get back in touch with our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

I love this cart

I love my new Stewart Q follow golf cart. I have been using it for about three weeks and I think the best word to describe it is liberating. I have one small suggestion. It would be nice if the stop button on the remote was textured somehow to make it easy to find without looking at the remote.

Some flaws for sure

Have been using the Q Follow for a few months. A couple of really meaningful flaws, but first the good.
- Stable on most hills (we tried others that just tipped over) even with just a stand bag
- Folds very small and is super easy to do.
The bad:
- The steering is very, very abrupt unless you click the button EVERY TIME that makes it more smooth. In exchange, you lose turn radius and responsiveness.
- Getting a bag to sit nicely in the slot is tough, unless you buy the Stewart bag or have a huge cart bag. Stand bags require a bit of manipulation to even be useable.
- Having to pay top dollar for accessories that aren't really any better than other cart makers is a nuisance. Either way, there's nowhere to place a range finder.

WASTE OF MONEY

Had such high hopes for this product but it’s being sent back for the 5th time and they cannot get the repair correct. WILL NOT replace it out of warranty absolute waste of thousands of dollars! Hope all don’t have the major let down I did from this thing.

Great cart, QoL items lacking

I was so excited to get my Q Follow. Got it on Friday, played my first round Saturday. The cart did really well through the majority of the course. It would be nice if the follow zones were a little bit bigger, or adjustable. Going down a steeper hill it almost ran into me. Just learning what I can and shouldn't do with follow mode. The turn can be a little rough, could be smoother, but still didn't cause any problems with turf. It started raining on us and the cart handled the wet grass well.

The battery life was good, from probably 95%+ to 67% in an 18 hole round on follow mode for the majority.

Kinda surprised that you have to manually disengage the wheels to go into a free wheel push.

Pretty disappointed that a $3500 cart doesn't come with a cup holder, phone holder, and only has enough space in the main compartment for a score card and pencil.

Cart is great, but I feel like the QoL items seem like a penny pinching cash grab.

For optimal performance and stability, we recommend using a cart, staff or tour bag weighing between 28 and 33lbs. Lightweight stand bags are not recommended, as their lighter construction can create a higher centre of gravity and affect the stability of the Q Follow. Their slimmer profile can also make it more difficult for the bag straps to secure the bag properly.

For the best fit and performance, we also offer a range of Stewart Golf bags specifically designed for use with our caddies.

Every genuine Stewart Golf battery is designed to provide enough capacity for a full round when fully charged. We don't quote battery life in terms of holes because every course is different, and factors such as terrain, playing conditions, temperature and how you play can all affect the distance travelled. The Base battery provides 230 Wh of capacity, while the Max and Max XL offer 307 Wh and 384 Wh respectively for golfers who want additional capacity.

We recommend fully charging your battery after every round and checking the battery percentage in our free app before you play, giving you complete peace of mind before you set off. In the unlikely event that the battery does run out during a round, the Q Follow can be placed into freewheel mode, allowing you to push it like a traditional push cart.

As the Q Follow is heavier than a standard push cart, freewheel mode is designed purely as a failsafe. Under normal circumstances, the Q Follow should always be used with the battery and remote as intended.

The Q Follow is designed to handle the varied terrain you’ll encounter on the golf course, with the stability and traction needed to navigate slopes, undulations and uneven ground. Its intelligent Follow technology is also designed to respond naturally as you move around the course, keeping the Q Follow moving smoothly with you.

Absolutely. The Q Follow is designed and built in the UK, and we don't have to tell you about the British weather. It's engineered to cope with wet conditions on the course, allowing you to keep playing when the weather takes a turn.
