X SERIES ELECTRIC CARTS
All warranty and service backup is provided by our colleagues at Caddy Country who are based near Chicago, IL. The team at Caddy Country have worked with Stewart Golf for more than a decade and have direct access to the engineering team in the UK.
Their service department is open 9-5 (central time) Monday-Friday. In most cases parts can be shipped within 24 hours, or if your cart needs to be serviced at the workshop then they offer a collection and delivery service (9 times out of 10 they can complete work and ship back to you within 48 hours).The Stewart Golf cart and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use and only applies to new Stewart Golf carts. Any breakage caused by accidental damage, or as a result of abuse or misuse, are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not transferable and only covers purchases made in the continental United States. Used Stewart Golf carts are not subject to any warranty unless specifically stated by ourselves.
The Stewart Golf Lithium battery is covered by a 24 month warranty. If the battery fails in the first 24 months it will be replaced free of charge. All Stewart Golf accessories are covered for 12 months from date of purchase.
If you require service covered by the warranty please call our designated service provider: Golf Sellers Direct at 800-337-7692. Please retain your sales receipt or packing slip for proof of purchase. Golf Seller Direct will diagnose the problem and send the replacement part to the customer by FedEx ground or US Mail. Any parts replaced under the warranty, at no charge, do not carry a new warranty.
In the event the customer is unable to replace the part themselves, please retain all the original packaging material to return your trolley for repair. All trolleys must be returned in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging material Golf Sellers Direct can provide a new box at the customers expense.
In the event a replacement part is needed but not covered by the warranty the customer will be responsible for all costs.
