I paid about $3,674 for an “Approved Refurbished” Q Follow Carbon Range with extended warranty, expecting a premium product and matching service. What arrived was scratched and scuffed, with grass and dust in the battery bay, the Bluetooth/light module hanging loose, and the cart would not even power on.
Inside the cart I found someone else’s pen, which tells you everything you need to know about how carefully this “refurbished” unit was inspected before being shipped. I’ve already had a prior remote handset order (SGUSA29202) take nearly three weeks to be recognized before they finally processed a $304.64 refund, so this isn’t my first issue with Stewart’s operations.
I sent detailed emails asking for either a full refund with pickup or a proper replacement, but instead I’ve mostly received canned Zendesk replies about “escalation to an expert” with no concrete resolution. When I call, there’s no useful voicemail; when I use chat, it’s an AI bot that can’t actually fix the problem; when I email, I get brushed off with templates instead of a clear decision.
To this day, I still haven’t received a refund or a proper remedy for this defective cart and the overall experience. Do you really want to go with an experience like this?
Horrible!
